Are you still here? If not, I apologize, but if so, I applaud your patience. It far supersedes mine.

Have you ever seen A Clockwork Orange? Remember the scene where Alex De Large is subjected to bits of Ultra-Violence as a form of torment? He's pissed because they use Ludwig Van's Ninth Symphony as the soundtrack; he feels it's a sin, and a disgrace to Beethoven.

That's the way I feel when I have to sit through the self-aggrandizing Flash intro to a designers web site. I equate your horribly constructed Flash intro to the tool of torture used on Alex. That being said, I equate the internet to Ludwig Van, and what you're doing to it is a disgrace.

I dare you to find a quicker reaction than my arrow locating the "skip intro" link through the maze of flying logos and morphing text you created. I click that thing like a lizard snatches a bug with its tongue. These cinematic masterpieces are just annoying, and a complete waste of time. Do you expect us to sit back and be mesmerized by your innate ability to make a ball metamorphose into your name? Here's a thought, why not build yourself a cocoon and disappear for a while. People want information, and they want it fast, they don't want to watch a "loading bar" grow.

Think about it, if the first impression you get of a designer is something you wish you had never seen, then odds are they're not what you're looking for.

Choose wisely.
